Highbridge Business Park is a JV between Highbridge Properties Plc and Ashall Plc. Highbridge Properties Plc was formed in 1987 as a development company to undertake a programme of commercial schemes.

It has primarily focused on out of town office parks (B1), industrial/warehousing schemes (B2/B8) and more recently data centre and technical facilities. Highbridge has three executives with a staff of seven and is based in London’s West End. The company has an impressive track record comprising over 10 million sq. ft. Most recently it completed a 130,000 sq ft global testing and research centre for Ericsson.

Occupiers, including a number who have retained Highbridge for further development work, have been secured through Highbridge Properties’ emphasis on consistent quality service to its clients.
